Organizational structure

In Gunma University, the University Education Center and its subordinate bodies, the Educational Affairs Committees established in each school, work in close cooperation. Under this system, the School of Health Sciences of the Faculty of Medicine, Gunma University, implements “teamwork training” as follows:

The operation organization consists of thirteen persons, namely two professors who have overall responsibility of the training subject, and the educational and administrative staff from four departments in the School of Health Sciences. Under this operating body, instructors in charge of student groups are assigned to give instructions on group work and clinical training to students.

We are gaining more and more support each year for the training program, and more than 20 facilities in Gunma Prefecture cooperate with us now. We conduct a post-training survey of facility staff and students to assess and improve the training program.
